I am very excited to have the opportunity to work for the Hot Springs School District and the Hot Springs community. My job is one of facilitation. The facilitation of the best education possible for every student that comes through our doors.
A little introduction from me. I have been involved in education for 18 years. I spent 7 years in Montana as a teacher and administrator, 10 years in the state of Washington and now am lucky enough to return to Big Sky country. I have been married to the same patient woman for over 24 years and we have 5 boys that range in age from 23 years down to a new "bonus" boy that is 18 months old.
George Washington Carver said "Education is the key to unlock the golden door of freedom." I think about the doors that have been opened in my life due to education. The staff at Hot Springs Schools understand the importance of education in the lives of each one of the students and work diligently to prepare them for their dreams. The students that are in grade school right now are being prepared for careers that we can't even imagine right now. How many technicians work for Apple on iPods, iPads and now the Apple watch? What innovations does the future hold and how are the students from Hot Springs Schools going to be involved? We are striving every day to make sure that our students will be able to achieve their goals and dreams. As we head into the fall and a new school year, help us to create a love for education in each of your students. Thank you for the fantastic opportunity to work with your students in such a supportive community.
